Tune Tribe Radio — Music Submission & Airplay Release

Version 1.0 — effective 2026-07-24

By submitting a track to Tune Tribe Radio ("the Station") through this form, you ("the Submitter") agree to the following terms:

1. Ownership & Rights

You confirm that you own, or have obtained all necessary permissions and licenses for, both of the following rights in the submitted recording:

  • The musical composition (the underlying song — melody, lyrics, arrangement), and
  • The sound recording (the specific audio file / master you are uploading).

This applies in full even if your submission is a cover, remix, or sample-based work: owning the recording you made of a song does not by itself give you the right to license someone else's composition, and you must hold or have cleared both layers of rights before submitting.

If you are submitting on behalf of a band, act, or other artist, you confirm you are authorized to agree to these terms on their behalf.

2. License Grant

You grant Tune Tribe Radio a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, revocable license to:

  • Broadcast and stream the submitted track on the Tune Tribe Radio internet radio stream, website, and mobile app;
  • Display your artist name, track title, and any links you provide alongside the track;
  • Reference or mention the track in DJ commentary, playlists, schedules, and station promotion.

This license is non-exclusive — you remain free to license, distribute, sell, or otherwise use your track anywhere else, at the same time or afterward.

3. No Payment

Airplay on Tune Tribe Radio is unpaid. The Station does not pay royalties, fees, or any other compensation to submitting artists for streaming their tracks, and you agree to submit only on that basis.

4. Ownership Retained

You retain full ownership and copyright of your track at all times. Submitting a track does not transfer any ownership to Tune Tribe Radio.

5. Removal

You may request removal of your track from rotation at any time by emailing studio@tunetriberadio.com. The Station will remove it within a reasonable time of the request.

6. Accuracy & Responsibility

You agree to hold Tune Tribe Radio harmless from any claim, loss, or liability arising from a submission that infringes the rights of a third party, where you provided inaccurate information about your ownership or rights to the track.

7. Age

You confirm you are at least 18 years old, or that a parent/legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these terms on your behalf.

You are encouraged to have this agreement reviewed independently before agreeing, especially if you're unsure about your rights to the track.
